WHAT DO YOU NEED TO KNOW?

How do I book a sleepover or picnic party?

  • Hello! Contact My Little Party here to have a chat about your requirements and dates.

  • A deposit of £50 is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due 2 weeks before the party date. If you cancel after this date you will forfeit the deposit paid.

What is included in the price?

  • Delivery, complete set up and collection.

  • We operate within 15 miles of the Little Witley WR6 postcode: areas around Kidderminster, Bromsgrove, Redditch, Stourport, Droitwich, Worcester, Malvern, Bromyard, Pershore. If you are outside of these areas please do get in touch to discuss as we may charge an additional fee to cover our time/travel outside this radius.

Can you stay and host the party?

  • We stay to set up and style your party, however we do not stay to host. We will return to collect everything either later that day (picnic parties) or the next day (sleepover parties).

How long does it take you to set up?

  • 90 minutes, could be a little less/a little more depending upon number of guests being set up for and ease of access/parking.

How much space do the beds and sleepover tents take up?

  • The beds are 60cm x 168cm. If you allow space at the end of the bed for a tray and some extra width for the tent, the ideal space per tent is 80cm x 200cm. However we can be creative with smaller spaces, so please get in touch and we will see what we can do for you.

Do I need to wash the bedding after my sleepover party / How do you ensure everything is clean?

  • The tent covers are all removeable and washable.

  • You do not need to wash any bed linen. We wash all the bedding using non-bio to ensure everything is clean and fresh for each party. All props etc are wiped down in between parties using antibacterial spray and wipes.

Can the sleepover tents be used outside?

  • Our tents are handmade and are for indoor use only.

​

Are you insured?

  • Yes we have public liability insurance.
